Carol moved from the headship of a large community primary school providing integrated education and care to become the Early Years Adviser for a local authority in the North West.
Through her passionate commitment to the Every Child Matters Agenda, she gained the opportunity to work at a strategic level planning the implementation of integrated services as an Assistant Director in the authority.
She now works as a consultant and trainer with multi-agencies throughout the country which includes facilitating leadership and Early Years programmes with Karen Ardley Associates.
