 An accredited leadership programme for experienced and new leaders of CPD in schools and colleges

Karen Ardley Associates in partnership with Edge Hill University are offering a cutting edge leadership programme for Leaders of Continuing Professional Learning in schools and colleges.

The programme consists of four professional study modules together which with inter-sessional, school based tasks will provide a Leader of CPD with learning to accredit at Masters level. Participants will be able to accredit their learning and gain a Post Graduate Certificate (Leading Professional Learning) at Level 7 or they can use the university CATS to transfer up to 60 credits to a university of their choice.

Study modules:

Each module will consist of pre-programme reading, a face to face group development session and post- programme task and reflection.
Learning from each module may be accredited with Edge Hill University for 15 CATS points at Masters level.
Each module is a freestanding unit for accreditation. Participants can complete any or all of the modules.

2. Skills for Leaders of Professional Learning
3. Building a community of learners
4. Evaluating the impact of professional learning
