Observing and improving learning

A one day programme for senior and middle Leaders in primary and secondary schools. This programme is also useful for Performance Management reviewers.

Objectives:

• To share and extend your knowledge and understanding about observing and evaluating learning;
• To build confidence in making judgements about the quality of learning
• To identify ways to improve the quality of learning

• criteria for outstanding learning
• strategies to improve learning
• classroom observation skills
• coaching and feedback skills
• review of learning and action planning


This programme offers a collaborative opportunity to plan high impact strategies for your school which will develop and improve the skills associated with observing learning and giving effective feedback. Participants leave the programme with practical ideas to observe and improve learning with confidence and enthusiasm.
