A 2-day programme for senior leaders interested in using the latest Ofsted criteria to evaluate the current performance of their school and to embed self-evaluation processes to ensure continual improvement.

Objectives:
• To help participants understand and apply the latest Ofsted criteria for standards and performance.
• To develop the understanding and skills of leaders in monitoring and evaluation.
• To support the design and development of robust self-evaluation processes in your school.

The programme will focus on the following key areas:
• knowledge and understanding of the latest Ofsted criteria;
• practical ideas for monitoring the standards of learning and teaching;
• ideas for developing processes to evaluate performance and impact;
• systems for performance management linked to whole school evaluation;
• ways to embed school self evaluation for continual improvement.

This two day programme will provide practical strategies to evaluate school performance and standards. Activities and inputs have been designed to enable leaders to embed self-evaluation processes throughout their school.
