Nick Sparks

Nick Sparks was Senior Secondary Adviser for Nottingham City with responsibility for schools in challenging circumstances. He was a member of the National KS3 Strategy team for three years before moving to University of Manchester to co-write the NCSL programme Leadership Pathways. Nick is an experienced and excellent facilitator, passionate about teaching and learning and leadership. A successfully published writer and author, he is currently co-writing a book on middle leadership with Karen Ardley.
